Does the report contain a personalised estimate for my fleet?
No. The report explains the method the calculator uses to produce the range and how to verify it on your data. The personalised estimate is what the calculator gives you (free, in the browser); the real number comes out of a test on your actual routes, and the report includes the checklist to set it up.
Why does the calculator never return a flat figure?
Because that would be invented precision. The actual saving depends on variables no form captures: stop density, time constraints, how good your current planning already is. The report explains which variables push the result towards the minimum or the maximum of the range.
Does the 10-20% benchmark apply to my fleet too?
The reference literature on the Vehicle Routing Problem (Toth & Vigo, SIAM) documents savings of 5-20% of transportation costs when moving from manual to algorithmic planning; the calculator uses the 10-20% band on kilometres, typical of fleets still planning by hand. If your manual planning is already very good you will land near the minimum; if the routes grew by accretion over the years, closer to the maximum. The report dedicates a chapter to this placement.
